Alongside biomass, we're qualified to service and maintain oil fired central heating systems.
Super professional service, very reasonable pricing and incredibly tidy. James didn't take my short cuts (unlike my previous plumber) and wouldn't leave until he had triple checked everything worked properly. You could tell he was very knowledgable and passionate about his job. A great find. I'd booked him to install some taps but immediately booked him to service the boiler as he had been so good.
He stayed to make sure I understood all of the settings on my boiler and also gave me a few simple maintenance tips, which no one else has ever bothered to do. Very helpful. Have already recommended to friends. Thanks James.

So pleased to have found James! Having one person that can resolve all of our plumbing and heating issues (and we've had a spate of them recently!), is fab. James is punctual, communicates well, and is great at passing on his knowledge to our benefit. Would highly recommend
I cannot recommend James highly enough. He answered my texts within minutes, showed up when he said he would and did not leave until he was sure everything was working.A true gem and I will certainly recommend him and use him again. He gave me peace of mind and his customer service was exceptional.
Excellent service! James is very knowledgeable and was took the time to explain all the options for fixing our radiator, toilet and shower. He was punctual, very thorough and great value. Would highly recommend!
Reliable, efficient and conscientious. James replaced our cloakroom suite. And while he was here fixed a leak on our one of our radiators too. ... Found a tiler for us as well. Would totally recommend. The final bill seemed remarkably good value too.
